How I Went from 169 cm to 183 cm — And Finally Took Control of My Life

Hi,

I’m 29 years old now, and I stand at 183 cm.

At one point, I started going to the gym , thinking it might help my confidence and maybe even help with dating.

It didn’t work for dating, but at least it helped me deal with stress better.
