How did I grow from 176 cm to 187 cm at the age of 42?

Hello, I’m writing to you from France.

I live in a small town in France where I work in small livestock farming and agriculture. I mainly grow corn, potatoes, and onions. I have about 20 decares of land and around 100 small livestock animals. The days are truly exhausting, but at the same time very productive.
