My Growth-Sinerama experience / review - I grew taller

“You’ve really got to hand it to short people, I mean… they can’t reach it themselves.”

If you’re short, you’ve heard it all, every joke you can imagine involving your size and how “cute” and diminutive you are. Every time I hear one I grit my teeth and laugh like I haven’t heard it a million times before, and go about my day with the dulcet tones of the dying screams of my enemies in my ears. I wish, or at last to cut them down to size a bit, literally.

Needless to say, I’m short, been short my whole life, and have clothes from my 9th grade year I can still nearly fit into… it’s FRUSTRATING to say the least. I’ve done everything I can to help my growth, protein packed diets, stretching regimes, even, and I’m embarrassed to say this, hanging upside down by my feet. All it got me was ripped (not bad, admittedly), flexible (could be worse), and a screaming headache brought on by blood rushing to my head.
I had given up on growing and figured I was just going to stay short for the rest of my life, when along came Growth Sinerama. It was one of those nights when I’d just heard one too many short jokes, and decided it was time to take things into my own hands. I searched the internet, scouring it for every piece of information and evidence that I could find on how to get my body back into growth mode so I could stop being a midget in a land of giants.

Growth Sinerama was absolutely the answer I was looking for, I started taking it as it says on the label, and it wasn’t long before I started to notice results. The results, at first, were strange feelings in my joints, a sort of tingling and an aching in my bones, the kind of ache I hadn’t felt in a really long time. It took me a while to remember what it was… growing pains! That was the blessed ache of my bones starting to get back in the process of moving me out of shrimpsville and into the place where the real people live!

It took months, and those aches and pains were periodic but welcome, I knew I couldn’t have the height I wanted and skip the growing pains that come with them. I was always smiling when that happened, because I knew it meant that Growth Sinerama was working and that I wouldn’t be short anymore.

A year later and I’ve added 4 inches to my height, it may not sound like a lot, but the world looks a

lot different from 5’5” than it did from 5’1”. I’m still taking Growth Sinerama, and I’m still watching the marks on the wall (Yeah yeah, laugh all you want, it worked when we were kids). I can’t wait to see what the next year is going to bring as I keep including this in my diet. I’m sure there’s a limit to what it can do, but I hope I haven’t reached it yet, I’d like to be a solid 5’8” before I’m done, and I’m well on my way!

Growth Sinerama, when you’re tired of constantly being looked down on, it’s time to start kicking those growth hormones into overdrive. Reach for the skies!

LOOKING TALLER

Now we will talk about some small things you can do concerning grooming and caring for yourself in order to appear taller. The first thing up for consideration is the way you dress. Generally you want to choose solid colors to appear as tall as you can. If you choose a top in a different color than your bottoms, you might actually look shorter.

Something else to remember is wearing vertical stripes can make you look slimmer and taller. The same doesn’t go for checked patterns or plaid shirts. Darker colors and light clothing materials also help you appear taller. Also, you should not forget that wearing ill-fitting clothes can make your body seem disproportioned and just draw more attention to both your height and the way you look. When it comes to purchasing a jacket or blazer, opt for those with plenty of buttons down the front. Ones with say, 3 buttons, will make you appear shorter.

Choosing one that is long in length, that ends 70right below the seat of your pants, can help you appear taller and add length to your frame. Do not wear turtlenecks as they make the neck look shorter. Instead, go for v-neck tops because they can add a great amount of length. Your pants will also make a difference in how tall you appear. Choose those that sit right above your hips to give you longer legs.

While the low-rise ones are the current trend, they sometimes make your legs look shorter so you aren’t achieving your primary goal. Also try not to wear any cuffed or pleated pants. Your shoes will also have an effect on your height and can be a great way to increase your height. Shoes that have a heel of any size will help you seem taller. Keep in mind that the taller the heel of your shoe, the longer your pants will need to be as well. Choosing pants that are too short for the shoes you are wearing can make you seem even shorter than you really are.

71Chunky natured styles are a great choice because they hide your feet so they don’t appear to be too small. If needed, add some insoles to your shoes to get an extra height boost. Now let’s discuss your hairstyle. Men should actually avoid longer hair because they fuse with your shoulders making your neck look short and giving you a not so neat appearance. Short, well kept hair styles can add sophistication to your overall look. Lastly, pay attention to your physical appearance.

Heavy people tend to appear shorter and stockier than they really are. Keeping a lean physique can add length to your appearance and even add attractiveness. By remembering all these factors and implementing them will help you take the most advantage of your natural height. Test different outfits to figure out what your body looks best in and what suits your own personal taste.

One of the utmost important things you can remember during this process is that you should be comfortable in your entire outfit and appearance. Otherwise you may not be able to 72pull off looking taller because you lack the confidence thanks to the uncomfortable clothing. For further help visit www.super-growth.com

EXERCISES TO GROW TALLER

It is generally accepted that physical activity encourages bone growth in humans. Scientific tests have shown that following vigorous training or (exercise), an increase of growth hormones has been observed in the human body. Note: While we recommend certain time limits to follow while performing all the exercises in this book, we do not however, recommend performing any of these exercises to the point of exhaustion. Do not overexert yourself. If you have a shortness of breath or become overly.
The exercises we have included here can be done at any time during the day. However, I do not mean
for you to do all of them in one day - I have listed a few options. Do any of them which you feel
comfortable doing. You can do one, two or ten, depending on where and when you do them, and
how much time you have for these exercises. When you do these exercises also depends on when
you eat and what you eat.

Here are a few things to bear in mind before exercising:
1. Wear loose clothing that does not restrict movement.
2. Stretching exercises should be performed bare-footed.
3. Empty your bladder and bowel before you begin.
4. Warm up before exercising.
5. Perform the stretching exercises slowly and smoothly in a controlled manner. This applies to going into a position and coming out of it.
6. Do not strain yourself beyond the point where you feel pain. If any exercise causes your legs to tingle, feel numb, or weak, discontinue the exercise.
7. Relax while stretching. Only a relaxed muscle will allow itself to be stretched.
8. Breathe naturally and smoothly.
9. Be patient and persistent. Do not rush or force yourself in any way.

The exercises included in this book will stimulate overall growth and height gain, function to structurally lengthen the spinal column, improve posture, and straighten any excessive curvature of the spine. By performing the exercises, you will also benefit from greater health, stronger back and abdominal muscles, increased flexibility, and the alleviation and prevention of lower back pain.
These exercises are illustrated, with simple and easy to understand instructions. These exercises are safe, effective, and easy to do by people of all ages and fitness levels. The exercises require no special equipment or apparatus and can be done in the privacy of your own home.
