I’m writing to you from Norway. I’m 55 years old.
As a child, my family made sure I drank milk every night and ate plenty of fruits and vegetables. I was also very active in sports. But despite all that, I spent most of my life at 175 cm.
That may not sound very short, but as you can imagine, here in Norway, the average height is quite high. My father is 190 cm, and I come from a generally tall family — including my grandfather and others. So it’s safe to say I probably had some “hidden potential.”
I also had some thyroid issues during childhood, and I believe that might be one of the reasons I didn’t reach my full height potential. And of course, as we age, we tend to shrink a bit — so it felt like I was gradually getting shorter.
