Growing Taller at 30 in Serbia: My 12-Month Experience with Utmost UHG

I truly started life at a disadvantage when it came to height, as both of my parents were short. My father was 163 cm and my mother only 150 cm. I must have taken after my mother because I remained around 158 cm all the way until the age of 30.
